What size should I order?

3/4 - 23.5 cm

5/6 - 24.5 cm

7/8 - 26.5 cm

Mens sizes

7/8 - 27.5 cm

9/10 - 28.5 cm

11/12 - 30 cm

My order had not been received what should I do?

Do not worry your order will be posted via royal mail first class. You should receive it in 2-3 working days. If you have not received your order please get in touch with us on info@thongsflipflops.com.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us to cancel your order with your details ready on info@thongsflipflops.com. If the order has been posted out we can carry out a return and refund on the item but you will be responsible for the safe postage of the item back to us.
