Dispatching your Order

If you order before 10:00am the order will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise your order will be dispatched the next working day. We will contact you and let you know if there is going to be any further delay on dispatch. If you require your order urgently or need a guaranteed next day delivery please contact us.


Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail to send out all orders.

Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days within the UK.

Delivery time for international orders within Europe is around 3-5 working days. The rest of the world can be anywhere between 5-14 working days depending on country. We can arrange express delivery if you are willing to pay the extra cost although you will need to contact us first. Primarily we use Royal Mail International Signed for on all International Dispatches.

Delivery times are only estimates and we cannot be held responsible for slow service from Royal Mail. We will assist in tracking your delivery down and every order sent out is insured for loss or damage.

Please note we are not responsible for customs charges/taxes once goods enter your country of origin.



We believe that you will be delighted with your product, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not effect your statutory rights.


Unwanted Goods

If you return the product (in its original, unused condition) within 14 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.


Faulty Goods

If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us on to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning faulty goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return post.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery)
